I think this is the first post for a long time where the picture corresponds not only to the title but also to the content

YES! I’ll be moving from Maastricht to Brussels this weekend. Excited? Yes! Nervous? Yes! Worried? Yes! Sad? Yes! I could go on like that for ages. I got a job in Brussels because unfortunately the contract at my previous work place has expired. A new job, a new place and a new LIFE! Oh yeah, I’m EXCITED!…and sad at the same time. I’ll leave behind me 2 years of work at my previous workplace, colleagues and friendships made during that time, my two lovely female housemates who have been caring, looking after me and cooking for me (I wish I could write that they also did my laundry and cleaned my room but unfortunately we didn’t get that far ). Of course, there will be also other friends who I’ll leave in Maastricht.

But I shouldn’t get too sentimental because Brussels is just 130km (81miles) from Maastricht! Anyway, I will spend next couple of days packing and getting ready and then my departure will finally happen on Sunday (Sunday Bloody Sunday)
